Our college every year sends the B.ed 1st year student for  the internship in different school. I had been sent to three different school, that is st.marks Boys Town high school, focus high school, Neo Aizza high school.  basically in the first year of internship we had to observe and make a report of observation classes for both methodology english and social and we have to do the school observation also. the interns are not paid any  amount of internship.                                                                           * For becoming a perfect and genius teacher you have to compulsorily attend the internship of the B.ed programme

I arrived the school in time and coincidently met principal in the ground first, and principal sir told me to sit in the staff room. In the staff room i met supervisor Sandhya rani mam has alloted the methodology periods schedule for us.                           * first day class taught me that knowledge about rules and regulations is most important steps before getting into any organisation. At the internship time in most of the classes revision was going on because summative assessment examination was coming soon.                                   *I had observed 10 classes of different teachers and took many substitution classes, from 6th to 9th class and handle the classes nicely and got confident. I can still visualize all the things happened there. The class teaches me that teaching profession is not that easy.                                              * I observed that the teachers were explaining the lesson so clearly, by giving the live examples, relating to the real life sitnatuation.                              *the  teachers were involving the students also in the explanation, and the students were also participating in the activities, organized by the teacher during the lesson. The students were actively answering all the questions of the teachers. The teacher was making use of the blackboard and also the projector.                                                                                           In this training, i came to know about a real world of work. Through this programme I understood the role and responsibilities of professional teachers, and deliver lessons properly.                                                             * I have done my internship week under the supervisor of teacher educators. 

                   *I have collected all the information of the school from the staff members, school magazines. After collecting all the information like number of classrooms, total students, facilities etc we have filled in the school observation report. 

                                                                                                                    * there golden days taught me so much. At that day i felt the importance and value of B.ed course. I  felt so blessed that almighty had selected such a valuable profession for me. Indeed I had tearned a lot from this internship, so I will never going to forget there magical days of my life.                                                    *As an intern, i discovered its essential to be enthusiastic and open to learning new skills, asking for more work and being curious to learn and ask questions.                                                    *An internship gives a student the 0pportunity for carrier exploration and development and to learn new skills.
